The motel served its purpose for a quick stay during a busy time, especially with tennis events in town. The staff at the reception were exceptionally helpful, and the room was quiet, ensuring a good night's sleep. However, the breakfast options were quite limited, and there were some concerns about the tap water quality. Overall, it offers decent value for a short visit.

Rooms
8.0
The Tahiti Suite was spacious, providing a comfortable environment for my wife and me. It met our needs just fine for one night.
Service
9.0
The reception staff were very friendly and willing to help. Check-in was straightforward, which I appreciated during a busy time.
Location
8.0
I found the location convenient, especially since it was close to the California Welcome Centre, which proved to be a helpful resource.
Dining
5.0
The breakfast was basic, with only cereal and coffee available. I was hoping for more variety.
Facilities
6.0
While the hotel had the essential amenities for a short stay, it lacked any additional facilities that would enhance the experience.

5.2/10

My stay was a mixed experience. The rooms offered some unique theme touches, and the in-room hot tub was a nice perk, but overall, the quality didn’t quite match the pricing. I was a bit disappointed with cleanliness and maintenance issues that really brought down the experience. While it’s close to one of the parks, it's priced like a premium location without that premium feel.

Rooms
5.0
The rooms had a generic feel despite some cute design elements, and we had a comfortable king bed. However, the cleanliness left much to be desired, with crumbs on the sheets and an overall need for better upkeep.
Service
5.0
Check-in was frustrating, with reservation issues leading to a lengthy wait. The receptionist resolved it eventually, but it felt more chaotic than friendly.
Location
7.0
Conveniently located near Joshua Tree National Park, which was a great plus for us. However, Yucca Valley itself is a little sparse and feels somewhat basic.
Dining
5.0
The breakfast options were minimal and didn't seem worth the price of the stay, leaning too far on the processed side.
Facilities
6.0
The in-room hot tub was a highlight, but aside from that and a basic coffee maker, the amenities were quite standard and did not impress.

My stay at this hotel was quite disappointing. The location was only a slight redeeming quality, but the overall cleanliness and service were unsatisfactory. I faced multiple issues with the room and the staff's attitude left much to be desired. It felt more like a rundown motel than a welcoming hotel experience.

Rooms
5.0
The room I was initially shown was filthy, with dirty pillowcases and a broken toilet. It felt neglected and poorly maintained.
Service
5.0
The front desk service was incredibly lacking; it took forever for someone to show up, and when they did, there was no friendliness or helpfulness.
Location
5.0
The hotel is situated in a convenient area, but it lacks any charm or prettiness, making it feel more like an afterthought.
Dining
Facilities
5.0
Facilities were minimal and poorly managed. The outdoor hallways had a moldy smell, and basic amenities like soap and towels were inadequate.

I had a very disappointing stay at this hotel. It was supposed to be a cozy stopover during our trip to Joshua Tree, but the check-in was a nightmare, and the state of the room was unacceptable. While the location is convenient, being close to the park, I can't overlook the cleanliness issues and poor service. Overall, I would not recommend this place based on my experience.

Rooms
5.0
The room was in terrible condition with peeling wallpaper and mold in the AC. The shower had barely any pressure, and I was kept up all night by a loud generator. Really not ideal.
Service
5.0
The service was shockingly unprofessional, especially during a dispute with the manager who raised his voice at me. It felt chaotic and uncomfortable.
Location
7.0
The location is convenient for visiting Joshua Tree National Park, but the property could use some serious attention. It's on a main road but quiet, which is nice.
Dining
5.0
The breakfast was incredibly basic and not appealing at all. It felt more communal than enjoyable with shared items that were unappetizing.
Facilities
5.0
Facilities left a lot to be desired, mainly due to cleanliness and maintenance issues. I didn’t feel comfortable at all.

I had a mixed experience at the hotel. While I appreciated the clean and pleasant atmosphere, I encountered some frustrating service issues that left me feeling unwelcome. The location is quite convenient, especially for those visiting nearby attractions, but I encountered plumbing issues in my room that detracted from my overall satisfaction.

Rooms
6.0
The room was clean and had a comfortable bed, but the plumbing issues made my stay less enjoyable.
Service
5.0
Though the staff were kind, my interactions with them were marred by rudeness, which made me feel uncomfortable during my stay.
Location
9.0
The location is excellent, being only a short drive from Joshua Tree and various amenities in Yucca Valley.
Dining
5.0
The breakfast options were quite basic, which was a bit disappointing, but adequate for a quick start to the day.
Facilities
5.0
The hotel had basic facilities, but nothing stood out as particularly remarkable. More attention to maintenance is needed.
